Now it’s been three days since the director James Gunn had been fired from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the stars of the movie has also started to share their reaction on the news.

James Gunn has shared a statement with E! News “My words of nearly a decade ago were, at the time, totally failed and unfortunate efforts to be provocative. I’ve regretted them for many years since—not just because they were stupid, not at all funny, wildly insensitive, and certainly not provocative like I had hoped, but also because they don’t reflect the person I am today or have been for some time,” this is what Gunn stated to E! News.

Zoe Saldana And Chris Pratt have now broken their silence and posted some absolute imprecise responses to their official tweeter account.

Zoe Saldana tweeted “It’s been a challenging weekend I’m not gonna lie. I’m pausing myself to take everything in before I speak out of term. I just want everyone to know I love ALL members of my Guardians of the Galaxy family. Always will.” Although she did not mention the name of James Gunn in her tweeter account yet she has conspicuously posted a message about everything that has been happening. She doesn’t seem to be ready to say anything as a full comment on the current circumstance, that’s why it has simply been stated by her that she loves all the members of GOTG family.

Chris Pratt also did not seem to be commenting on the firing directly, but all he did was sharing a particular Bible verse as a tweet on the tweeter: “Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters. Let every person be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger. JAMES 1:19,”

One more GOTG movie’s star David Bautista showed his reaction to the news on Friday. He tweeted “I will have more to say but for right now all I will say is this..@JamesGunn is one of the most loving, caring, good natured people I have ever met. He’s gentle and kind and cares deeply for people and animals. He’s made mistakes. We all have. Im NOT ok with what’s happening to him.”

Although a lot of controversies is going on about James Gunn’s firing but neither Disney nor Marvel studios have officially announced anything on the status of the movie.

The petition had been started to get James Gunn re-hired after his firing. Now the petition over 176,000 has been signed and almost about to reach its goal of 200,000.
