Still holding anything that I purchased this season – oil, silver, bank, and metals stocks. I JUST added Encana which is trading at a low along with natural gas prices. Encana is a gas play while it’s sister company Cenovus is the oil play. I made some decent money writing out of money protected phone calls and out of money uncovered put options. This works great in recovering stocks and shares like CSCO slowly, ECA, MFC, COS, and TD. I am doing four weeks options collecting between 2-3% return. In February I was thinking 3-month phone calls/puts and may do.
On the speculative side, I added MSQ, NOT, and OPC as taxes loss performs – noticed taxes loss selling and took the benefit of the situation. There are some folks that continue steadily to say we are set for a lackluster recovery, European countries are in debt to China and trouble will raise rates to cool the overall economy off.
Surprisingly, the marketplace has climbed a wall of be concerned and many investors that kept on retrieved almost all their losses. As this happens, people start to get more confident and this could cause a market bubble potentially. I am watching sentiment very to see if this bubble will form and which portion carefully. Have a Merry Christmas everyone and all the best in the new year in your trading and investments. Hoping that Santa should come and give us a good present this year by means of an enormous rally.

Over half of all ODA is channeled via general public-sector institutions. Of this, a 3rd (33%) is applied by the donor authorities directly, with a larger 57% via the federal government of the receiver country. For help not channeled via the public sector, almost all is applied by international rather than local actors.26 International multilateral firms account for 17%, the second-largest amount of ODA being channeled, two-thirds which is via the UN.
NGOs channel an identical amount (12%); almost all of this is channeled through organizations headquartered in donor countries. Finally, the private sector only accounts for 4% with over fifty percent (54%) via firms in the donor country. Donors and applying agencies have focused on providing more humanitarian funding as directly as is possible to local and national actors who are regularly the first to respond in humanitarian crises.

Note: The route of delivery refers to the first implementing partner of the ODA disbursement, which includes implementing responsibility over the funds. There are variations in aggregate totals when looking at different sets of countries, with less ODA to countries at risk of being left behind being channeled through government institutions than is the situation for other countries. Notes: Data are for 2016. The channel of delivery identifies the first implementing partner of the ODA disbursement, which has implementing responsibility over the funds. ODA supports a wide range of activities and health, infrastructure and governance-related sectors receive the largest amounts. Humanitarian aid has risen faster than total gross ODA notably, with proportions of total aid almost doubling from 6% in 2006 to 11% in 2016 (see Chapter 5 for a discussion of implications).
